I don't know who I will believe
After I've read the title, I've thought of this too. Just heard of them that they're still with their XRP and no plans of dumping it.

And yet, with this news, they seem to have been worried about the lawsuit that XRP is facing. Is that website shared by OP is a reliable source of news?
Things are moving extremely quickly around XRP, however I really believe that staying invested in XRP right now is a huge risk even if you believe they are going to come on top of that lawsuit, the price of XRP is not moving despite the massive growth we have experimented and in fact it has crashed since the news was given, do you think it can keep its value if bitcoin begins to crash? I do not think so, and if XRP is found guilty by the case brought by the SEC then the fate of XRP could be at stake.
It is risky if you'll remain to be with XRP. But there are risk takers who would willing to take that challenge and sees this downfall for XRP as such a good opportunity that they can buy it at the cheapest price. Although, I don't look at it just as their perspective and view towards it.

Not questionable if XRP don't move a lot unlike other altcoins that have been showing another ATH that they have. The reason for that is obvious and nowhere to be seen that this lawsuit shall end soon.
