On the topic of glitches, Have you ever went to Trust Pilot to read the reviews for Freebitco.in  So many people with the same story and not surprising you do not claim the site.  Your facebook page looked just as bad and a new one was created that looked beautiful until it got reported as a gambling site and was removed.  I have a feeling that the same will happen with Twitter and Instagram very soon.  I am quite sure you respond to support inquiries when you decide to reply at all.  I showed you multiple screen shots where your gaming console which you claimed was 100% accurate stole my balances with stops in place.  You said had I not heard of variances?  On many occasions I had it set for a bet of 2 Satoshis with odds of 2.5 set high and to stop on a profit of 1.  My losses reached 16,384 and the next one was a winner of 3 Satoshis which should have been 2.5 times that.  I can only imagine the millions of dollars gained by your site on this glitch alone.

I made numerous demands for compensation all of which were ignored.  At least half of my losses were to house sided glitches.  One funny thing is your site was offline due to a technical problem yet the live stats continued to increase.  Then one day I was without internet for hours and I clicked the do not refresh yet the number kept going higher and higher.  Is anything about this site honest and fair?  It's human nature to try and recoup your losses and I thought I found the way.

Last night I thought to myself I have 9 BTC cents in bonuses so I am going to start using them.  I deposited 0.00031269 BTC and turned it into 45k Sats.  I redeemed 5k in bonus and turned that into 25k.  I always used the Martingale method but even that one they will suck your balance with 25+ (Virtually Impossible) losing numbers in a row.  So I was going to set my losing cap to 1024 in Satoshis and if I reached that I would start back at the beginning of 2 and do it all over again to minimize losses.

I get up this morning at 7:30 AM and my account balance is at zero.  I am looking everywhere.  I did not withdraw it I look at my betting history and a single bet for the entire balance was made at 7:24 AM CST.  6 Minutes before I wake up.  I have NEVER ever bet my entire balance before EVER! in one single bet.  I can only imagine that support read some of  my emails and really wanted to piss me off.  My account did not get hacked that's for sure.  Someone at the site did this due to emails that were ignored yet angered them.  I want this replaced and a whole lot more immediately.  I think the email that set them you off was when I mentioned TopClassActions.com and the fact that Big Fish & Billionaire casino was paying out millions for selling tokens that have zero value but since it was being risked to advance in the game it was considered internet gambling.  BitCoin has value and the Lawyers representing the Class for these two suits want to see my screen shots, coinbase purchases and where all the money went to which was of course Freebitcoin.

We really need to come to some kind of resolution here with my account.  I say half my losses were site glitches and the other half was my stupidity.  Yeah your Facebook account disappeared and Instagram & Twitter will likely follow because them allowing you to have accounts means they are facilitating the Internet Gambling the Lawyers said.  I have never bet my entire balance in a single bet and never would.  Someone at Freebitcoin did it and on this principle unless I get satisfaction I will be interacting with these lawyers with all my screen shots you all ignored, laughed at, and insulted me in emails and slandered me online.  I tried to send you a private message but it says you blocked me.  I read you stating people come here to cry when in reality they want service because on the contact page of the FAQ's.  It only takes one person and a money hungry lawyer to get a class action going and you surely do target U.S. Players.  You say Bitcoin is immune of gambling laws well these lawyers say you are thick.  Message me and be courteous about it as I have every screen and email communications from day one to give these guys as evidence.
