Whoah calm your horses there. They could be working on it in their spare time,if anything it shows they are commited and havent given up the product in 3 years which is rare for such small projects.

The question Id ask is is the filesharing anonymous? Because you know torrents usually show your IP.

Also is there an ISSUE with the current high costs of the ETH network? A transaction can cost $20. Or does the dApp only need to make transactions when you transfer funs in/out?!
