You need to have luck to find a new gem because we have so many coins at the market which can be the next new gem. Usually, we find that gem by coincidentally, and we do not predict if that coin is a new gem.
Thanks for all the advices ! I started to have a look at the market, I randomly look at some coins and got some surprises. For example Telcoin, I watched at their channels and seems they ban all the people that ask questions about the coin ! 
No need more to know this coin is not worth it haha.
I heard a lot about Neo too, but unfortunately i don't have the story of this coin, seems an interesting one or should I avoid it for any reason ? I think i'll start to stake a bit, is binance the best site to buy it ? I just had a look at the roadmap and updates on their channel and it seems they are serious.
I think i'll try to bet on 5 or 6 coins.

I think you can stick to bitcoin, ethereum, or litecoin. But there are many more altcoins, so that can make some confusing to search for the coin. I do not know much about Neo, but I think that coin is good, but maybe you can search for more news. Binance is a good site to stake a coin, I also trying with TRX before, but I think the stake for TRX just stops. Maybe you can check on Polkadot because I heard that coin have a chance to increase.
