They have replied of my Last support ticket as below, now its shifted to financial department, lets see if they can solve the issue and let me withdraw my 11.63 ETH equivalent to
12 grand.
Wow that's literally passing to another department is sounds like delaying their time to release your funds. But anyway as long as they are responding don't panic that your funds will be locked there forever. Its still operational so I guess they are just taking time to process it. Mercatox is really not good when it comes to support. But I do hope you can withdraw your funds cause 12k grand is not a small money that can easily let go.
I hope too, its been a month im trying to withdraw. As per current ETH value in market, 11.63 ETH equivalent to almost 14 Grand
