I'm guessing it's one person doing all the tasks for this website including their support and answer to this thread, just like other scam/shady gambling websites they won't hire that many people and it's mostly the main person behind the website and maybe one other person at most.

With that answer that they gave you I'm getting the vibes that they're trying to delay the process of providing you with a proper answer to buy more time, hopefully you get your full deposit back and they don't give you the generic reply that you broke some rules like they sent to their many other users and refused withdrawals.
