I don't understand hardcap 200ETH? The maximum total supply of CARROT is 12 million, current price 1ETH = 250k CARROT, its maximum is only softcap.
For each buy presale contract will mint CARROT for ethereum amount. Current total supply around 12million Max supply is 38million if we get hardcap.
