I don't think the concept of "inactive" accounts exists on Bitcointalk. It's made up by BPIP.
Let's say the account got the "Inactive" status a few days after Theymos published the
DT logs .. Nevertheless, the user will be on DT1 until the next election, after which it will become DT2
(If strength +).Correct.
Default trust breakdown should always show 100 users.
