Their support told me this:

The bookmaker is entitled to refuse bets from customers who fail to abide by these Rules. The bookmaker reserves the right to refuse to accept a bet from any individual without giving a reason


That's because I had no profit in my account. If I had profit they would void all the bets, having losses, they just ban you from betting, is it 1xbit? Two different measures separating who wins from who lose?
