It's like asking what's the fastest way of earning money. Obviously there's no sort of "best answer" to this question as it's going to be totally different for each person. Some people prefer accepting BTC payments, some people prefer mining it, some people prefer starting a typical business and just use their income to buy bitcoin, some people prefer getting a job and just use their wages to buy bitcoin, etc. Completely up to you.
