I don't think you should be bittered by it, at least it wasn't stolen or hacked, but rather you used it to solve personal problems which is better than borrowing or taking loan, so just see it as one of those things in life which you have no power or control in; I also believe you are not the only one that did such, a lot of people at one stage or the other have done it as well. Furthermore, instead of being bitter or regret over it, pick yourself up and start again, although you might not be able to buy a huge amount at once, but you can buy as small as possible or as your capacity reaches. Regrading the market, there will be a correction, although no one knows when but that would be the perfect time to buy to the best of your capacity.
