It's about the risk you wanna take now. The xrp as a company is in spotlight and under legal issues due to some shady deals. If you think they will come out good then go ahead but beaware of that risks that the legal issue may bring .
of course to hold XRP or not right now is absolutely in your hands and of course if you want to hold it, of course you are ready for all the risks that exist because we all know that XRP is currently in negative sentiment and of course this is not an opportunity that we have to take, for me personally holding XRP right now is too risky because it cannot guarantee that XRP will be able to win the lawsuits that it is currently facing.
