I suppose you can keep interacting with the forum and increase your merit / trust in here. You've been here in less than an year and I believe it's feasible to look into this type of "deals" with a grain of salt.
Not saying that you aren't selling a real thing, but now more than ever one has to be cautious in this type of deals.
