We see positive growth even if the bounty was not the best. They have a lot of partnership and overall I agree with you and looking forward how this project will develop trough time 
If a project that already has many partnerships as a whole, then the potential for success and development over time will be very visible and also very likely to be achieved, so a project like this is very worth monitoring in my opinion.I like what have been doing by the DIA data team and it's also transparent.
