This is really right because water is water and when it goes in shouldn't be of importance but to take standard quantity daily will keep someone fresh and healthy just like it is advised in the hospital. Water helps to dehydrate someone and by that all systems and organs functions as expected and keeps the skin very fine and shinny. The quantity of intact of water daily is what is important and that is why they say water is a source of life
As i heard, we should drink 8 glass of water every day. Drinking eight glasses of water in summer is easy but in winter our water intake is very less and due to this many people get ill.
