TheRealCook and I have talked and are now on the same page. My investigation into the lost premine has led me to the conclusion that the Premine never reached TheRealCook. There only remains one logical culprit. You can go the site, locate the "Lost and Found" page and read between the lines. Instead of naming names I will give this person a chance to make things right, while more information is gathered.
