I suppose your card is 8Gb model right?
And you're mining ETH?
1 - Try Nicehash first, as I always reccomend, because it's all automated, and you can eliminate some problems
2 - Try to change the pool you're mining, maybe some pools have problems
If all above don't work, it's good to use some benchmark test to see if your Vram is the problem, if you need more help, we are here
