Is there a problem confirming the phone number?  I did not receive an SMS code, I waited 120 seconds twice.  I am trying to register, I have successfully verified my e-mail though. I have not been able to resume registration.

Is it true that card order costs only around $ 1?  Same in all countries?  Does it have no annual fees?  Is there a possibility that you will also support the tokens?
