Why not, but it will take ton of luck and patience if the daily free sats are capped to 0.00000720. Then again this is all about luck

.I agree that it depends on luck, but it's mostly a waste of time because it's unreal to claim ten sats every 20 minutes without any cheats like bots. Even if someone accumulates free sats (For example, 350-400 per day), this will be enough to mine only 30/40 BFG tokens per month or so.
I am one of those claiming 10 sats from this faucet, it's far better than those regular faucets you are seeing, this is in addition to depositing Bitcoin and other coins so can play and generate more BFG, I'd like to ask for a $20 deposit and in case you lose all of it how many BFG are you going to get.
