there is no way to open the decrypt the privatekey even if i have the pssphrase of the wallet?
Did you try what others suggested above?
If already got the private keys but some of them are encrypted try to decrypt them with OpenSSL.

How to recover your corrupted or deleted bitcoin core wallet" It has 3 options to recover private keys and I think the 2nd option will work under "corrupted wallets".
Make sure to make a copy of your wallet.dat file first before you do anything from your wallet file for safety purposes.
