It seems that Hhampuz will not select a participant with a higher ranking to fill the lower slot. Taking into account the excerpt below, I think it will apply equally to this campaign and all campaigns it manages in general.
Just wanted to let you know that it is highly unlikely that I hire a Sr. Member or higher for a Full Member position, it can quickly become a mess and I want to give a chance to the rank that we are looking to hire.
