I believe he is referring to two Mandalorian spinoffs:
The Book of Boba Fett, the series was introduced in a post-credit scene after the Mandalorian Season 2 finale
and Ahsoka, starring Rosario Dawson, who had a live-acting debut in chapter 13 of The Mandalorian.
