I live in the EU, and I want to invoke GDPR articles so that my account is removed permanently.

You can't do that yourself.
An admin could if he wants to fulfill the wish... chances are not good.
Possibilities:
1) Change password, don't write it down, log out.
2) Break a rule and have user banned.
3) Maybe you will be genuked which locks the user and deletes your posts.
Otherwise you can always do it yourself.
