I think you funds where being diverted and anytime soon will be withdrawn by the hacker without you getting notice it where the funds will go using an exchange that does not require KYC to withdraw the funds.

If he is not really successful in the attempt of taking your funds from your exchange wallet then this is what he had done as a frustration that he could not get your money then he instead ruin it to inform you that your account is hacked but could never be withdrawn and he will then make an arrangement to return the funds in the way it is in the expense that you will also going to pay him as a reward.
