I am thankful to everyone here who took important time from their schedule for responding to this.

That was all my ignorance, forgetfulness and stupidity. I did not know that the passphrase is actually the password of my keystore. I tried many passwords but it didn't work until as a last option I entered passphrase in password filed and it worked.
