I disconnected the second and last GPU card (with giant effort! 
....)
and tried running the machine...
There is undoubtedly some SERIOUS POWER SUPPLY ISSUE , looks like the entire shit is running undervolted...
(fan running at half speed, no leds turning on at all, hard disk doesn't even start, no beep sounds apart from a strange soft noise from the buzzer like it's trying to startup but then it fucking dies...)
On top of that I'm totally unable to remove the 24 pin ATX power connector from the motherboard... looks like the plastic has MELT and is totally stuck on the slot!!
the situation is really bad....
But now it's time to post more on tom's hardware, will wear a tech wizard's hat for the following days.. hoping to be back here soon...
