this might be the most unprofessional response I've ever seen from a company. Your regular players are the only reason your site is still up and running right now. Your failed campaign to grow the site has only hurt you more with a loss of regular players. You as a company do not seem to understand what it takes to grow the site or maintain players, and instead resort to post like this showing that. The fact that you dropped the ball on your domain and have players coming back should make you consider yourself more than fortunate. The next concern should be if you're going to drop the ball on your Bitcoin wallet to pay player funds back. This response was such a slap in the face to all of your regular long time customers.
