Why use kyc and not a vpn?.
In the UK we can do trades with everything but extracting fiat without doing kyc so I don't think you'd need it? They might then also go on to check you haven't been hacked at a later stage by checking the name on your bank account/debit card to see if you are who they have you as.
I think this will be later be used on frauds...
So it's risky to sell accounts especially if there's a real identity on that account.
Its either he will escape the KYC process since his not comfortable with it or use it on frauds as you say, so its better not to sell your verified account for just $15 to avoid any risk in future, People need to think their safety since its not worth to receive just $15 amount while we are at risk to any bigger problem that may came in future.
