These people never wanted to grow and afraid of taking while they are confident of what fiat can do in their future. Isn't new to us, people never appreciate crypto then if they don't see its product and to see how a holder benefiting from investing them.
That simply they'll be thinking that holding fiat could save them from losses but never see if that could give them more? Risk-takes can afford to lose but a reason why they taking such risk is that because they don't lose their hopes and that they know how crypto provides them a better future if possible. And definitely, they are right of their choice.
