Isn't that a violation of privacy, knowing that most of those who have protected accounts are people who care about the privacy of their accounts?
Why don't you ask them to do that?
One way to get that person’s number is “social engineering,” where the second party is accused of sending them their personal details.
But I don't think accessing it from Facebook's servers is easy.



Tbh, I don't even want the phone number or email ID. I just need to get in touch with the user. Since,  I'm not a friend of the user, my messages seem to waiting as message request and I'm not able to sent friend request Sad I'm sure if the user is aware that I'm trying to contact , she would message me back.

So you want to get attention of a girl whom you like  Smiley
How do you know her ? I think you need to get some other way of contacting her because there is no way to get these records from the facebook.
