My answer is yes because it has a big impact on the top altcoins in the coinmarket it is inevitable to have a big dump in the market because there are many dumpers in different exchangers so holders cannot avoid panicking on their assets.
If I am holding good coins and I know the fall is temporary then I am not at all worried because bitcoin will always bounce back and I am ready to hold it for longer term if need be. So this does not add any pressure on me when it falls and on other hand always look for opportunity on fall to continue buying it for the short term gains.
