For me that's fascinating that people bashing new casinos if they don't have license, yet continue to play on unlicensed websites. (Although having a license doesn't make any difference if they want to scam... see AdkinsBet example)
As I observed here in crypto ever since I started involving in crypto-gambling, gambling licensed doesn't really matter as long as the site was seen serious about running their business. Good and active customer service, smooth deposit and withdrawal, ability to solve issues, seriousness in doing marketing, etc. are the considerations of most gamblers.
It's hard to build a reputation from scratch competing with other popular websites so if you ever see a gambling site that running for several years now, able to gather more users, don't have any issues, then you can bet that even without a license, it's worth to play with the risks with them.
