Great post! I never tell anyone that is close to me that I owe BTC, or any other gambling for that matters. But hey, they only told you to sell because they care about you.
That is a good strategy, it keeps you away from people that will hinder you financially. I too do the same, the best thing to do is to not flaunt that you are dealing in bitcoin in your social media platform so that you are not in anyone's radar, the satisfying thing is there will be people that is not going to believe that you will ever succeed and then suddenly you are having a vacation somewhere that they want to go and then they will be talking to you about how you did it but you will not spill the secret, let them suffer about not knowing how you got that far ahead of them.
