Because people losing hope from the ICO and now most of the people belive IEO. so forget a good bounty project you have to do your own research and only after that you can get a good project. I have also seen, you are a newbie at this forum. so it's very hard to join the bounty project right now. you have to rank up the minimum jr-member rank for join bounty(a few managers also take newbie for their project). so don't join all of the bounties, first do your own research where you want to work. also a lot of scam bounty you will get here, so you have to choose the bounty project very carefully.
