Anyway my main complain right now is that they freezed 4000 euro without reasons and without even contacting me, a much more professional way to handle the situation would be to immediatly contact the costumer and explain what is going on, and that maybe its needed 2/3 day to unblock the money.

This is absolutly not a professional way to handle any situation with a costumer, i hope this will never happen to you or you would understand how anxious you could get from such a thing, is easy to talk when it's not your money
Did live support try and explain where you went wrong? Sites sometimes take time replying to emails which is why live chat support is your best bet. Trying to contact them here would most likely be pointless since they would probably redirect you to customer support.

If they didn't, they are definitely in the wrong. As long as you aren't in the wrong, I advise you to stay patient since Stake is a reliable site and your problem will definitely be resolved.

Sure and they said me 5 times they cant do nothing and to "contact support with email, they are sorry but they cant do anything"...
