You may honestly believe that e.g. eoakland's proof of account ownership was insufficient, or that minifrij's misunderstanding of your post was worthy of neg trust, or that anonymousminer deserves red trust for saying bad things about you, and it can still be abuse of the trust system because none of these things make them high risk in a trade.
