Unfortunately, this is exactly what people are doing. They are basically securing their necessities that they need to go through another tomorrow. We cannot blame other people for not giving a care about the things because they just want to live. Nobody knew that the pandemic will have this effect and some governments from Third world countries did not have enough knowledge on how to mitigate the virus and that is why most countries have their economies affected.
