AFAIK, you can get your LINKs back if you send them to wallets that have the private key. But if you sent it on an exchange, it is almost impossible to get it back. Exchanges mostly warn you with red letters when you deposit. In this case, whatever you say to the support will not work. Sorry, but you most likely lost it.
