In fact, in terms of pricing, bitcoin prices tend to increase significantly compared to altcoins. however, I have the same perception as the OP. currently I can't get bitcoin because of its high price. we may have it in a small amount, but we are looking for a large profit, with minimum funds. however, I still choose altcoins now because the potential for altcoins is quite large, and the price is still quite affordable.
Bitcoin price does increase. The problem comes because it doesn't move increase fast enough for most people's liking. Unlike the way these altcoins shoot to 100% and beyond in a twinkle of an eye. Bitcoin is good investment but its only rewarding when you invest and hold long term. For altcoins you don't need to wait that long. It can give you 100% in an hour.
