Thanks for your response.  I would have just backed up this card just in case because I don't have a crypto card yet.  I only have all local and fiat cards.  When I checked, I did not expect that there would be fees for just inquiring about the balance using the ATM and withdrawing.  These cards I use at the moment do not deviate from the provision of such services.  I prefer almost everything free, especially when it comes to using an ATM.  I was just surprised because it was too expensive, maybe because it came from the other side of the world and it was not easy to ship.
