I would advise to clear your browser cache and retry later. Unless it's happening also on different devices, it might be possible your IP got restricted like you said, since we do have some securities to avoid (Hacks,bruteforce etc...) wich limits the amont attempt or rate limits abuse...
Nope, that won't help. I forgot to mention in a previous post that I tested with multiple browsers. Same thing.
Also, it is worth noting that not only one IP address is being blocked. My connection has a dynamic IP address assigned to me by my provider which is reset at least once in 24 hours.
Also note that our server may not block your IP, but Cloudflare wich is in the middle and filter all the requests might have stored your IP in their network so the issue would happen on any website behind cloudflare.

Edit: after having a look on google it seems like you use Firefox (wich i also use) and this issue is related to your browser, here is a solution to fix it :
