They say anything is possible with crypto, but ethereum reaching 100k this year is not possible. Though, it may happen in some years to come, when there would have been mass adoption of cryptocurrency. The problem of very high transaction fee has to be solved for me to have faith in it.

And we know many better crypto projects with real life use cases are coming up now, it wouldn't be surprising when ethereum killer will take over.
