Some says that the lawsuit will be dropped or that there will be a settlement before the actual lawsuit starts (22nd of February).
Well if they settled with SEC then this could be over next month. They just have to pay the fine, but it could go as high as billions, I reckon.
Some say that that the lawsuit might last months or even years.

No experts here, but yes, if they chooses to fight the case then it could drag for months and years. And we all know that SEC has box this case so I doubt that SEC will win this, just saying.
