why the dev team focused only with uniswap as the first exchange, ? why they don't try to list jacs in centralized exchange, if not the TOP cex maybe a medium will be good for this project

maybe because it was just the start and listing there didn't cost much so the team decided on uniswap. maybe after uniswap they will be listed on the CEX exchange
Many projects also started listing from Uniswap and then continued to list on other exchanges. Listing on top exchange is also not easy, the 1inch, Uniswap are still a good start.
But uniswap can really give a bad starting price to the token because its the best place for bounty hunters to sell theire tokens imidiatly and the problem of liquidity can make things worse...i think cex exchange as a starting exchange is a very good choise
