why the dev team focused only with uniswap as the first exchange, ? why they don't try to list jacs in centralized exchange, if not the TOP cex maybe a medium will be good for this project

as said by the team before they will really take advantage of the funds that are obtained, we all know that the sale of ico is very labor that can be obtained if all the funds are given for listing listings on the exchange, do we ignore jacs products?
