I invested into some alt coins after it hit 40k. I am somewhat at a lost. but yeh I sold btc for alt coins. sounds like a good idea?
so when another all time hits sell for alt coins. by that time i will have a bunch of alts lol. I have a lot now. but nothing serious. enough to be a coiner lol.
Most probably that you've made a bad decision into that part.
Selling Bitcoins and then buying altcoins? Maybe if you buy altcoins like Ethereum or Polkadot or Chainlink then it might give you profit short to mid term and even long term.
However, selling your Bitcoins in order to buy altcoins doesn't sound a good idea for me. Well, its your money and possible that it is your strategy so still ok. In the end it will depend on your risk management and how good you are in trading but for me personally, I will not do what you did but I will add additional capital to buy some altcoins and not selling my Bitcoins.
