Wow, threatening a player on here is very brave.
It sounds like he hasn't broken your terms and conditions but you don't like the way he/she played. It is ridiculous to claim it is "illegal" when it was your responsibility too make it clear what is allowed with the bonus. Maybe posting on here is not the right thing for the player to do, but it should not be an issue to resolve problem in public if this is what they want.
If this player really found a bug the honest thing to do would be to pay the withdrawal and fix the issue.
It is not a bug, he broke the terms and conditions which i stated at the top of my posts and it is written black and white in our T&C.
In order to withdrawal the bonus, you need to wager X45 - if you dont wager x45 on your deposit amount, you can not withdraw your funds.
The slot had a progressive bonus, he lost his money + bonus, and didn't close the window in order to withdraw the funds.
Like i stated before, it is a pocket money for us and we are willing to return the money, fact is, user did not send me a single wallet to get his funds.

You already know my withdrawal address because you don't allow players to deposit before they provide one. I had already requested the withdrawal before you blocked my account - and by the way the withdrawal process is broken because the btc addresses don't show up correctly.
I understand you are annoyed that i played the bonus with a strategy, but that is not abuse, illegal or even against your terms. Everyone plays with some kind of strategy in mind and
i did not even make a profit. You will just say anyone who wins is a bonus abuser unless they bet like lemmings.
