Absolutely true, scammers will continue bringing new altcoin projects with fake teams in other to scam investors and run away with the money, this has been going on for a long time now not sure if this is ever going to stop, the more investors are getting wiser the more scammers are getting smarter too making them plan new tricks to use on the investors, lately they even make a scam project look so real until the last minute, they will just shut down without anyone noticing,thats why it's important to do a good research before investing.
