I have deposited around 100 euro to my account in bitcoin. However my account credited with only 10 euro and 15 euro bonus

There is no live support agent atm! Sent pm from here to agent but no reply!

this is btc amount 0.00338471 and they credited my account with only 10 euro and 15 euro bonus. I could not even start to play as it may occur more problems in future. Not a great experience

Moreover there is no single live chat assistant at the moment. It is frustrating.

please fix this problem as soon as possible. Not a decent experience that I have faced :/
