Unfortunately there are some that goes around in almost every casino and that is why some people expect to see the same things here as well. This doesn't mean they are right, this doesn't mean they are wrong, this is just a request and requests could always be made, it is not really a stupid request like "why don't you give me more free money for no reason?" type of request, it is actually a quite understandable one so I do get it.
Stake doesn't have to listen and do it, they can continue the way they are, if stake wanted to reply to every single request and make them work? That would be horrible for them and it would make things a lot harder as well. Hence why I think it is quite obvious that casinos do what they want and hope that people like it because as a casino they know much more about how to run a casino than some gambler who just partake in it.
